Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you add family members or seats, you are responsible for everyone you invite and for ensuring minors use the service only under your supervision.

CMDyourLife^™ is a digital life-planning platform that includes the LifeMap planning system, four-horizon goal structure, a shared family workspace, a strategic calendar, and (on eligible plans) an AI Life Coach. Features vary by plan tier. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity in your workspace. On family/multi-seat plans, the plan owner controls seats, invitations, billing, and shared data; all members of a workspace can view and edit the shared family plan. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans include one-time signup/upfront fees and/or recurring subscription fees (monthly or annual) as shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including recurring charges, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices and fees may change; we will give notice of material price changes and changes apply to the next billing period.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the END of your current billing period — whether that period is monthly or annual — and you will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not trigger a refund or proration for the current period, and no partial or unused-time credits are issued. Signup fees and one-time/founders purchases are non-refundable.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. This includes upfront/signup fees, monthly and annual subscription fees, one-time purchases, and add-on seats. If a payment fails or a chargeback is filed, we may suspend or terminate access.

CMDyourLife^™, its content, and its AI Life Coach are provided for personal planning, educational, and informational purposes ONLY. They do NOT constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the service creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, licensed therapist, attorney, or financial professional for questions about your health, finances, or legal matters, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or received in the service.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER (SUCH AS 911) OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.

The AI Life Coach uses automated systems and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. AI output is generated, not verified by a licensed professional, and should be used with your own judgment. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service. If you enable Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) and connect your own AI provider, you are responsible for your provider account, its usage costs, and compliance with that provider's terms.

Any coaching, community, frameworks, or consulting resources offered on higher tiers are educational and motivational in nature. They are not therapy, medical care, or professional financial/legal services, and individual results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: reselling or sharing access outside your plan's seats, reverse-engineering or copying the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to breach security, or using the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the goals, plans, and information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for backing up anything important to you.

CMDyourLife^™, LifeMap^™, The Discipline Code^™, Business Navigators, and related names, logos, and content are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal/family use during your subscription. You may not use our marks without written permission.

The service relies on third parties (for example, payment processing, hosting, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Navigators and its affiliates from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; the cancellation and no-refund terms above still apply. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Indiana (or by binding arbitration if you add an arbitration clause after legal review).
